Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are all handled from your billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not happy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email support@theartofcto.com and we will refund that payment in full. After the first 14 days, a subscription runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for and we do not refund unused time — cancel any time from your billing page to stop the next renewal.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Team and enterprise arrangements are handled as a conversation rather than a self-serve tier, so we only agree to things we can actually deliver on your timeline. Contact us and tell us what your team needs.
